You already paid for these customers. Go get them back.
Your old leads and past customers are revenue you already paid to find. We text them, our AI assistant calls whoever replies YES, qualifies them, and books the good ones on your calendar. You take the call.
With founder Luka Lah. Free, 15 minutes, no commitment. If your list isn't worth reactivating, he'll tell you.
One machine, four parts.
Your list, a text, an AI call and your calendar already exist as separate pieces. We connect them so a name in an old spreadsheet becomes a person on your calendar.
Most names fall out along the way, and that's the point. Each stage below shows who gets filtered out, so the only people who reach you are ones who said yes, qualified, and picked a time.
-
Clean the list
Nothing gets sent until the list is safe to send to.
Your list
Old estimates, past customers, inquiries that went quiet. Exported from your CRM, inbox or spreadsheet.
Drops out: duplicates, contacts with no mobile number, and anyone you have no record of a relationship with.
Scrub
Every number is checked against the National Do Not Call Registry, known litigator lists, line type and your own past opt-outs.
Drops out: every number that fails any check. It is never texted.
-
Ask
One short text. The only job is a hand-raise.
Text
Sent from a business number, naming your business, with STOP to opt out on every message.
Drops out: no reply, and anyone who texts STOP. They are removed for good.
YES
A reply of YES is permission to call. Nobody gets a call without one.
Drops out: "not now", wrong person, and questions that need you. Those get passed to you, not called.
-
Qualify
Old interest goes cold fast, so the AI calls soon after the YES.
AI call
Brooke, our AI assistant, calls. She says she is an AI, gives the recording notice and asks permission before any questions.
Drops out: no answer after a few tries, anyone who declines the call or recording, and anyone not interested.
Qualified
She asks the questions you set on the audit: what they need, when, and whether they fit what you sell.
Drops out: people who aren't a fit. You never spend a minute on them.
-
Book
A booking only counts if the person shows up.
Booked on your calendar
A real time in the next few days, straight onto your calendar.
Drops out: people who won't commit to a time. They stay on your follow-up list.
Reminders
A reply-YES confirmation text, then reminders 24 hours, 3 hours and 15 minutes before.
Drops out: no-shows. They get one text to rebook.
They show. You close.
You talk to someone who said yes by text, qualified on the phone and confirmed the time. The selling stays with you.
Who this is for.
A fit if
- You own a US business with roughly 1 to 10 people.
- You have a list of past leads or customers, ideally around a thousand or more, who gave you their number.
- One new customer is worth enough that a single extra sales call matters.
- You, or someone on your team, will take the booked calls.
Not a fit if
- Your list is bought or scraped. We only contact people who already know your business.
- You sell low-priced items where a phone call costs more than the sale.
- You want a guaranteed number of appointments. We don't offer one.
- Nobody is available to take the calls that get booked.
You'll talk to the founder.
Luka Lah founded MyNewStaff and runs every audit himself. Before this:
- Worked with Kris Jenner on a two-year media campaign.
- Played a role in launching Good American.
- Worked on the Slovenian Government's COVID campaign.
No case studies yet for this exact service. The first 3 clients get founding pricing in exchange for a measured case study.
What the free audit covers.

- Your listHow many contacts, how old, and where it lives today.
- PermissionHow people got on it, and whether you can text them.
- What a customer is worthSo the per-call fee makes sense for your numbers, not ours.

- Qualifying questionsWhat someone has to say before they reach your calendar.
- A straight answerRun it, fix the list first, or don't bother.

Simple on purpose. You pay to set it up, you pay what the texts and calls actually cost, and you pay per qualified call that shows up.

Questions owners ask.
Is this legal? Can I text my old customers?
It can be, done properly, and the audit is where we check that. The rules we run by:
- We only text contacts who have a real relationship with your business and a record of how they gave you their number.
- Every number is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and known litigator lists before anything is sent.
- Every text names your business and includes STOP to opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.
- Only people who reply YES get a call.
If your list doesn't meet that bar, we won't run it. This isn't legal advice, and you're welcome to have your own counsel review it.
Is it a robot calling my customers?
Yes, and it says so. Brooke is an AI assistant. She tells every person she's an AI at the start of the call, gives a recording notice and asks if it's okay to continue. If they'd rather not, the call ends. She never pretends to be you or a human.
She qualifies and books. The selling is done by you, on the booked call.
What does it cost?
During the pilot: $1,000 setup, texting and calling at cost, and a fee per attended qualified call that we set together on the audit. The first 3 clients get 50% off setup in exchange for a measured case study. The audit itself is free.
What if nobody replies?
It can happen, and we won't pretend otherwise. You'd have paid setup and the cost of the texts, and you'd owe no per-call fees. That's why the audit comes first: if your list looks too old, too small or too thin on permission, Luka will tell you not to run it.
What do you need from me?
After the audit, if we both want to go ahead: your list export, a calendar we can book into, the questions that make someone a fit, and someone to take the calls. Nothing is needed before the audit.
